Bike Haiku on Teas'Tea

Saw this bike haiku on a Teas'Tea bottle by my namesake, Patrick Davis.

Ultra thin bike lane
Caught between car and sidewalk
Tricky balance beam

Does it follow usual haiku practice? I don't know if I would call the bike lane a tricky balance beam. Maybe, Lane of surprise death. lol
